Microsoft introduces new taskbar in windows 7, which is totally different from the previous windows. With this taskbar should be more efficient and easier to navigate through programs and windows open.
If you are a new user windows 7, may find it difficult and require adaptation for use. But if you want to change the appearance to look like windows vista or xp taskbar, here is how.
1-Right click on the Windows 7 taskbar and select Properties.
2-From the Start menu and Taskbar Properties find taskbar buttons on the tab, and select "Never combine" from the dropdown menu.
After you click OK, you will be notified about changes in the taskbar.
If you feel taskbar buttons is still too large, back to Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, and mark option "Use small icons".
